0000111: Vacuum leak
Rubber cap on brake booster vacuum check valve is old and cracked. Additionally, a rubber hose that connects to the Vacuum Reservoir Check Valve is splitting.
Replacement isn't hard to find. Most general automotive stores should have something similar.
