0000137: Foot/Center Heater Flaps do not stay open while accelerating (low engine vacuum)
Foot/Center Heater Flaps do not stay open while accelerating (low engine vacuum). When accelerating, the throttle is open, reducing manifold vacuum. This vacuum powers the flaps for heating. There's a check valve and vacuum tank in place, but something must be leaking, as it doesn't hold vacuum very well and closes flaps as soon as there is less vacuum.
